A calming, grounding Hatha practice designed to ease you out of the busy week and gently transition you into the weekend. Expect slow, steady movements, longer holds, mindful breathwork and plenty of space to soften and reset. This all-levels class is perfect for unwinding tension, reconnecting with your body and ending your Friday feeling balanced, centred and restored. Fridays 5.15pm £15 | 60 minutes | Maximum 4 spaces
