• Require communication support

• Would benefit from additional assistance during your visit

• Need extra time for your appointment

• Have recently changed your contact details

Our team will always do their best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible.

Access to our practice

Our Reception is located on the ground floor. Please note that all consultation rooms, treatment rooms, studio facilities and patient toilets are located on the first floor, which is accessed via stairs. As our practice is situated within a Grade II listed building, we are unable to provide step-free access to these areas.

 

If you have any concerns about accessing the practice, please contact us before your appointment. We will be happy to discuss your individual requirements and advise whether we are able to accommodate your visit or recommend an appropriate alternative service if necessary.

Parking

Free on-street parking is available on the High Street for up to three hours, subject to local restrictions.

Additional public parking is available nearby, including Primett Road Car Park, which is just a short walk from the practice.

How we can support you

We are happy to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible, including:

• Allowing additional time for your appointment where appropriate

• Providing a private area to discuss your care or personal information

• Providing information in an alternative format where reasonably possible

• Welcoming carers, family members or support persons where appropriate

• Providing a trained chaperone for any consultation, examination or procedure upon request
