IN DEPTH
Microneedling with Exosomes is a minimally invasive treatment that uses fine, controlled needles to create tiny micro-channels in the skin or scalp. These micro-injuries stimulate the body’s natural wound healing response, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for skin strength, elasticity and firmness, and for maintaining a healthy scalp environment.

The treatment is enhanced by exosomes, which are growth-factor-rich cell components that play a key role in cellular communication and regeneration. When applied following microneedling, exosomes accelerate tissue repair, reduce inflammation and support cellular renewal, significantly enhancing the results of treatment.

For the skin, this advanced combination helps to rejuvenate the complexion, improve texture and restore natural radiance. It can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, smooth acne scars, minimise enlarged pores and address general skin dullness, while delivering faster healing, deeper hydration and visibly enhanced skin vitality.

For the scalp, Microneedling with Exosomes supports hair and follicle health by stimulating blood flow, improving nutrient delivery and creating an optimal environment for hair growth. Exosomes help regulate inflammation around the hair follicle, support the hair growth cycle and encourage stronger, healthier regrowth. This makes the treatment particularly beneficial for thinning hair, early-stage hair loss and weakened follicles.

By creating micro-channels and applying exosomes, the treatment also enhances the absorption of topical scalp or skincare products, allowing active ingredients to penetrate more deeply and work more effectively.
This advanced option is ideal for clients seeking quicker, more noticeable results and enhanced recovery compared with standard microneedling, whether treating the skin, scalp or both.

When followed as part of a personalised treatment plan, Microneedling with Exosomes supports long-term skin and scalp health, helping to maintain a smoother, firmer complexion and healthier, more resilient hair over time.
RESULTS & TIMEFRAMES
Mild improvements in hydration, scalp comfort and and skin texture may be seen within 1–2 weeks following treatment. More visible improvements in skin firmness, tone and clarity as well as hair quality and scalp health, typically develop over 3–6 months as collagen production and follicular activity increase.
A course of four treatments, spaced four weeks apart, is usually recommended to achieve optimal results. Maintenance treatments can be scheduled as needed to support long-term skin and hair health.
This treatment generally delivers faster and more visible improvements than standard microneedling.
TREATMENT PATHWAY
Before your appointment
During your appointment
After your appoinment
Arrive with clean skin or scalp and avoid active skincare or scalp treatments for 24 hours prior. Your clinician will confirm treatment areas and goals on the day and answer any questions before beginning.
The skin or scalp is thoroughly cleansed before controlled microneedling is performed to create micro-channels. Exosomes are then applied to the treated area to enhance cellular repair, support regeneration and maximise results. The treatment is carefully adjusted to the treatment area, skin or scalp condition and comfort level throughout the session.
Redness and mild sensitivity are expected and usually settle within 24–48 hours.
Avoid applying anything to the skin or scalp for 12 hours including water or moisturiser. Avoid sun exposure and harsh products.

Post-treatment guidance will be provided to support healing. Follow-up treatments may be scheduled as part of a course, with maintenance sessions advised to sustain long-term skin and hair health.
