Embodied Sound Healing is a regular evening class designed to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Using crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound instruments, gentle vibrations can help the body shift into a calmer state associated with rest and restoration. Research suggests sound can influence brainwave activity, encouraging slower states linked with relaxation. Each session begins with a short grounding practice before moving into an immersive sound experience where you are invited to lie down, rest, and allow the body to settle. No experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are.
