Join Maddy at Wellness at No.61 for Rest & Renew, a half day wellness retreat where you can re-set and re-charge.

The day includes:

- An energising Yoga class with Erin

This is a wonderful opportunity to experience a restorative day at Wellness at No.61, with an extensive practice of our most loved group sessions along with additional extras to help you feel relaxed and restored. We ensure that group sessions are kept small (maximum 6 people), to ensure you get the 1:1 support as well as the benefit of being in a group environment.
