1 hour in depth consultation to with a detailed and holistic approach to your current health as well as your history.
During the appointment we will suggest changes that can support your symptoms. We will discuss your goals along with recommendations for supplements and testing.
Following your appointment you will receive a 7 day meal plan and recipes.

3 MONTH NUTRITION PROGRAMME
A 3 month nutritional programme with regular touch points. The appointment pattern includes an initial consultation where we discuss a detailed and holistic approach to your symptoms. You will receive a meal plan, grocery list and recipes.
Following a review every 2-3 weeks, you will receive a different meal plan, grocery list and recipes to support with your progression.
